Masterclasses

Masterclasses are about deepening the mastery of your skills. They are for intermediate to senior level practitioners who have good experience in their practice and are looking to deep dive into particular areas to sharpen or deepen their skills.

Our experienced trainers run masterclasses that give you both theoretical grounding and practical experience. These masterclasses aim to introduce a new skill into your repertoire or refine and improve what you’re already doing.

Sharing, brainstorming, and discussing topics, approaches, and experiences is a big part of masterclasses, so practitioners of similar levels can learn and grow from each other.

Example topics we can cover:

  • Research analysis techniques

  • Research with vulnerable cohorts

  • Storytelling

  • Getting creative with your journey mapping

  • Traceability

  • Strategic design.
